Founded in 1989 by Martin Potter, MTP Construction provides a full range of residential and commercial remodeling and renovation work. Our company is based in Mount Laurel, NJ and serves customers from across South Jersey communities. This includes Moorestown, Haddonfield, Cherry Hill and surrounding areas.

Before starting our business, Martin work for 5+ years in framing and general construction. During this time, he discovered he enjoyed working on creating better living spaces for people. He has a very high standard of quality and found the company he was working for did not. So he decided to go to work for himself, forming MTP Construction. His first independent job was building a 2-story addition and in-law suite into a home. The rest is history!
